The other day, I had to reformat my laptop which ended with me losing a lot of stuff. I knew downloading Photoshop again would be a pain so I copied it over onto an external hard drive. I knew it wouldn't work but I thought I'd try it and hope for the best. As you'd guess, it didn't work. So yeah, I've got the fun task of downloading every file of Photoshop with my 1MB/s download speed. Sometimes it's lower than that. Hopefully, I'll get it downloaded over the weekend but it'll be a while before I get to get something done anyway.

So far I've uploaded 2 drawings since trying to get back into this and while I know they're not perfect, I'm happy with them. They're fun (They're not? Oh...) and I've learned something from each of them so to me, they're both a success. If you looked at the "Playing" bit above then you might have noticed I've been playing Bastion. A little late getting round to this one but I've got to say that's it fantastic and probably the best XBLA I've played. One of the best things about it is it's art direction which is excellent. Now that Summer is on us and I've got a ridiculous amount of free time for the next few months, I'm really going to try and practise drawing and Photoshop. As much as I'd like to go ahead and start on a huge project or something, I know I'm not good enough to make it worthwhile at the moment.
